What model is my hot tub?
I moved into a new house with a hot tub that dosen’t work. It is a Cal Spa but thats all I can find. The serial number isn’t on it and I can’t find anything like a model name. How do I figure out what I have so I can go about finding replacement parts and a cover?

You are better off taking a picture of it,from different angles,and sending them via E mail w/attatchment,to Cal Spa in California.But I THINK they went out of Business after that law suite they had.

They should be able to help you with parts and service or direct you to a specialist in your area. I am sure they can help you with covers. Covers for older tubs are often custom made so make sure you measure twice and order once. Make a drawing of the outline of the tub looking from the top down then fill in the measurements. If you must order a custom cover it will be built based on your measurements and and mistakes can be costly.
